Boardroom Skills
for Your Child
Unscripted yet boardroom-ready.
Where the board encourages and embraces risk.
This is not what you think it is.
- This is not public speaking.
- This is not general confidence.
- This is not a drama class.
- This is not an English programme.
This is boardroom discipline — the ability to structure and deliver a core message under pressure — condensed to its essence and seeded at age 8, when the brain is most receptive to forming durable habits.
Your child communicates in whatever language they think in. The discipline is in the structure, not the language.
What your child develops
A 30–90 second answer under pressure — in any language, with the logic and clarity expected in a boardroom.
Credibility through tone, pacing, and presence. Not performance — authority.
Communicate clearly in rooms where people speak at different levels of fluency. Still get the point across.
Chinese emotional framing, applied to communication. Planted during the sensitive period when neural pathways form most readily.
This is not a drop-off programme.
- Two of the nine sessions are joint — you and your child speak together, under the same conditions.
- You can request a hint in advance. Or go fully impromptu.
- This is intergenerational communication training — not observation from the sidelines.
- The cohort is the instrument. Group sessions cannot be replicated one-to-one.

Six places. One cohort.
Applications are reviewed.
The cohort is limited to six children by design. Group dynamics are the primary instrument of this programme — size determines what is possible inside the room.
Applications are reviewed individually. A HKD 500 application fee confirms your place in review. Full programme investment and cohort details are shared on application.
All applications are reviewed personally by Paul Kam.
